The Australian Logistics Council (ALC) has announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Kirk Coningham OAM has decided to step down.

Following a successful and challenging 2020, ALC CEO, Kirk Coningham OAM, has advised of his intention to leave the organisation to focus on other endeavours.

As the CEO he worked closely with Governments (Federal, State & Local), ALC members and the industry more widely to remove the operational barriers presented by curfews and border closures in particular.

The board commended Coningham for his leadership of ALC and services across the end-to-end supply chain industry.

“We wish him well in his future pursuits and look forward to making a smooth transition to a new CEO in due course,” the ALC said in a statement.

Coningham’s decision will come into effect from the end of May 2021.
