B dynamic Logistics launches cross-sector service

Third-party logistics provider, B dynamic Logistics, is launching a new service designed to streamline operations and reduce costs for supply chain businesses.

Unlike traditional providers, B dynamic Logistics is not confined to a single sector; instead coordinating logistics operations across diverse sectors including B2C, B2B and ‘Big and Bulky’.

“Industry and retail have evolved significantly over the last five years to the point where traditional third-party logistics services are no longer able to deal with the complexities and requirements of the world’s new breed of retail and online businesses,” said B dynamic Logistics CEO, Mal Siriwardhane.

“Historically, different logistics service providers would be involved in the delivery of products to specific customer segments. While it worked in the past, this model is no longer viable. It is cumbersome, expensive and fraught with risk.

“Cross-Sector 3PL brings all of these areas of expertise and capability together under one roof, within one dynamic system that is capable of operating thousands of transactions within a short period of time. The result is seamless cost-effective supply chain operations.”

B Dynamic Logistics takes a consultative approach, working with its clients to integrate with their existing systems. This single point of contact allows for consolidated invoices and unified contract agreements, enhancing operational efficiency.

The new service is reported to provide full operational visibility for businesses on the state of their supply chain operations, including parcel locations and granular data.

In other news, the official opening breakfast for MEGATRANS 2024 takes place next month in Melbourne.
