Howe Haulage to part with award winning show trucks

The respected founder of Howe Haulage has decided to sell his entire fleet of trucks and trailers ahead of his coming retirement.

After 57 years in the industry, Tony Howe, will call it a day leaving behind an impressive array of equipment including some long-admired show trucks.

Passionate about trucks since he was a teenager, Tony went on to use the knowledge and experience he had gained from 20 years in the transport industry to establish Howe Haulage in 1995.

Based in Clayton and servicing all areas of Melbourne and Regional Victoria, Howe Haulage has been specialising in the transportation of waste and recycling materials as well as the cartage of pre-cast concrete panels used in the construction industry.

In addition to his passion for environmental responsibility and delivering a reliable service for his clients, Tony remained intrigued by heritage trucks and his rebuilt 2006 Mack CL666RS Super-Liner and 2006 Kenworth T904 are well known on the truck show circuit.

The now immaculate Mack was rescued from a wrecker’s yard prior to its comprehensive “nut and bolt” rebuild.

The multiple trophy winner was subsequently returned to full service in the Howe Haulage fleet and it joins the show quality Kenworth T904 in the auction sale.
