John Krueger inducted into Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Honour Roll

Krueger Transport Equipment founder, John Krueger, has been inducted into the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Honour Roll for his outstanding service and contributions to the manufacturing industry.

The accolade, presented at the 2024 Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Awards on 9 October, recognises Krueger’s decades-long commitment to advancing Australian manufacturing, particularly in the transport and logistics sector.

With over 46 years of manufacturing, he has been at the forefront of manufacturing semi-trailers from operations based in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

Throughout these years, Krueger Transport Equipment has become a respected name in the industry known for its innovative designs, high-quality products and unwavering dedication to customer service.

Reflecting on the recognition, Krueger expressed his gratitude.

“I am truly honoured to have been nominated and inducted into the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Honour Roll,” he said.

“This award is a testament to the hard work and passion of our entire team.

“I want to thank everyone who has been a part of this journey, helping to build our business over the past 45-plus years.”

The Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Honour Roll celebrates individuals who have made a lasting impact on the state’s manufacturing industry across all industries.

Krueger’s induction highlights his contributions to the industry’s growth and evolution, as well as his ongoing support for local manufacturing and community engagement.

At the event, Krueger Transport Equipment was also recognised as a finalist in the Large Manufacturer – Transport & Rail category, further cementing the company’s reputation in the sector.
