LINX transport GM set to move on

LINX Cargo Care Group is looking for a new Transport and Logistics General Manager.

After three and a half years in the role, Paul D’Alessandro has announced he is finishing up.

The announcement made by D’Alessandro comes after news last week LINX had appointed a new CEO following the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer Anthony Jones.

D’Alessandro, who issued a statement on LinkedIn, said he was incredibly proud of his contribution and achievements at LINX, particularly the significant growth of the Enfield Intermodal terminal.

“l am so grateful to have worked with my colleagues and thank the consummate professionals and great customers I have worked with along the way, including LINX CEO, Anthony Jones for his leadership and for always being open and approachable,” he said.

While he was thanking colleagues D’Alessandro reserved special thanks for Executive General Manager Customer & Business Development Carlo Cutinelli.

“I’ve had the privilege to help grow the business as part of the customer and commercial team led by Carlo Cutinelli,” he said.

“Thank you Carlo for your unwavering continual support and autonomy to get on with the job,” said D’Alessandro.

“Whilst I am sad it has come to an end, I leave the business with a great deal of pride, satisfaction and gratitude.”

This year has proven an action-packed one for LINX Cargo Care Group, whose car-carrying division, Autocare Services, was placed into voluntary administration back in February.
