A Daimler Trucks dealership in Central Queensland is the latest business to have achieved Elite Support certification.
The Rockhampton dealership has steadily worked through 104 criteria to achieve certification through the Elite Support initiative.
These measures cover everything from customer amenities to signage, communication and provision of a prompt diagnosis, all with the aim of boosting the experience of the customer.
“I think the Rockhampton accreditation was the result of a team fully focused on achieving Elite Support certification and I’m very proud of their efforts,” said Greg Jackson RGM Maintenance Director.
“We strongly believe in the Elite Support principles and continuous improvement,” he said.
According to RGM Maintenance Rockhampton Area Manager, Bobby Brennan, the Elite Support accreditation process will help retain and attract the best people in order to help Daimler customers in the region.
“I like the structure of Elite Support as it allows me to provide my team with a place of work they are proud of that enjoy where they work,” he said.
